Wood: Sustainably harvested slow grown strong and dense Scandinavian spruce with additional UV protection for New Zealand conditions. Weather-resistant, suitable for outdoor use. Can be disassembled and stored over winter if not in use to further enhance longevity.

Metal: Stainless steel assembly fittings. Zinc-plated hanging chain and 's' hook.

Colour: We've done our best to truly display the exact wood grain colour, but due to changes in photo lighting, different screen displays and the natural variation of wood colour the exact colour may vary slightly.

Checking: Small cracks running along the grain of the wood is a natural process of the timber as it expands and contracts due to changes in temperature and moisture and should not be of concern. This stand is made to the same high standards as laminated construction beams in Europe through a machine pressure lamination process and this checking will not affect the structural integrity of the stand.

Bleeding: As the wood warms in the sun you may also notice some small areas where resin (like thick honey) seeps out of particular spots in the timber. This will stop over time and can be wiped or snapped off as it cools back down.
