On account creation a 3 month subscription is included to the . This will provide the Plus features on your alarm system, such as SIM Back-up and Automated Phone Calling in the event of an alarm trigger. At the end of the three month period a cover plan will be required to continue use of these features.

Without a Plus cover plan, the alarm hub must be connected to your internet router. You will receive in-app push notifications in the event of an alarm trigger as long as your internet connection is active. The cover plans start at only £8.00 per month!
