Smart and intuitive touch screen is simple to operate. Touch Control integrated into the
glass of the hood makes it easy to select functions with one touch. Not only you can
activate all power levels, but you can also activate the other important functions with it.
The absence of recessed elements (like in push buttons) eliminates the accumulation of
dust and grease. And the smooth glass surface of the control panel makes it easy to care
for the hood.
Multiple Cooking Modes: Intuitive interaction
Different steps of fan speed can allow you to set the airflow according to how and what you are
cooking. Set it to Boiling Mode for a fragrant simmering soup, or to Frying Mode while
making tadka that release more smoke or steam.
Boiling Mode: Speed 1 while Boiling Tea, Milk
Cooking Mode: Speed 2 while Standard Cooking
Frying Mode: Speed 3 while Deep Frying and Tadka

Touchless Control: Wave on, Wave off! No touching, no fingerprints!
Thanks to new Touchless Control technology, motion sensor on control panel can detect
hand gestures and make hood operated. Even though control via touching is still possible, it
is up to user to touch or making only gesture to control the hood.
Via swiping hand to the right, you can turn on the hood in speed 1 w/ flap and light open
firstly and then increase speed. Via swiping hand to the left, you can activate delay shut off
for 3 minutes firstly and then hood will be turned off.
It is easy and hygienic! Touchless Control allows you to control your hood with simple hand
motions and helps you to keep kitchen odour-free even when your hands dirty.
Delay Shut Off Timer: Ensure a clean grease-free kitchen air!
Hood will continue to eliminate odours and ensure that your kitchen remains smelling fresh via
delay shut off function.
When you are done with cooking, you can activate
delay shut-off via swiping your hand to the left as
gesture. Then, hood will keep functioning for 3
more minutes before turning off. Or same function
is possible via single push to Turn On/Off button.
While its functioning, power button will be blinking.
So while you are are busy with other works, your
hood will ensure a clean grease-free kitchen air. No
more sticky, greasy kitchen surfaces and furniture.
Adjustable Light: Brightness of light is up to your wish!
Thanks to Dimmable LED light feature, you will have a brilliant light and excellent visibility
over the entire cooking area.
Via one touch on light button, hood light will be open. On second touch, light will be
dimmed. On third touch, light will be turned off. In its dimmed version, hood light will still
make cooking area quite visible, but also will be more user friendly for sensitive eyes.
Filterless Technology: It has never been that easy!
Some hoods have metal grease filters to filter grease and other solid particles out of the
extracted air. However, then you need to clean these filters frequently, to keep these hoods
operating at maximum efficiency.
However, new Bosch hoods come as filterless. As the chimney operates, the blower spins at
high speed, generating centrifugal force. The force throws oil and grease particles towards
the sides of the chimney, away from the airflow path. These particles then get collected in a
separate oil collector tray via Self Clean mechanism.
Auto Clean Technology: Clean hood automatically via heat!
Thanks to Auto Clean technology, your hood will be cleaning itself in highest efficiency.
Heating elemets inside can melt significant amount of fat and collect it at bottom oil collector.
To activate Auto Clean, you just need to long press on Auto Clean icon and hood will collect
grease in oil collector in 10 minutes. Oil collector is easy to remove and could be either wiped
or washed to eliminate collected grease easily.
Auto Clean Reminder: Your hood calls you on duty!
New hood range has the intelligence to count remaining time to start Auto Clean function
and it can remind users to start it when the time comes, thanks to their Auto Clean Reminder.
There is an Auto Clean icon on control panel for indication and it starts blinking after 30 hours
to warn you about activating Autoclean.
After Auto Clean is completed, warning will be reset by itself automatically. Then, hood will
start counting for the next time of cleaning automatically.
Effective Suction at Source: Clean the kitchen air!
Via high extraction level, new Bosch hoods can suck all bad odors and oily particles from the
kitchen extremely quick with less energy. So that you can enjoy clean kitchen and air even
though heavy cooking.
